You’re here because running, especially on the eve of a race, isn’t just about pace—it’s a way to arrive. 16 SR is a shakeout: a chance to loosen the body, settle the nerves, and return to rhythm. This form helps us understand who’s arriving, and ensures each participant finds their place in the group.

1. ​Presence is a commitment 出席即是承諾
   報名視同願意參與。如果臨時有事無法出席，請提前告知我們。If you register, show up. If something comes up, write us in advance.
2. ​This is a public and shared space 這是公共且共享的空間
   請注意周遭行人、自行車。必要時請禮讓，尊重路線、城市與彼此。Be aware of others—pedestrians, cyclists, traffic. Yield when necessary. Respect the route, the city, and each other.
3. ​We operate on intention, not obligation 我們以「自願」為前提，不以「責任」為訴求
   參與是自發性的，但你的出席會影響整體氛圍，請帶著正面的意識前來。Participation is voluntary, but your presence shapes the whole. Act accordingly.
4. ​Hydration and fuel 水份與能量補給請自備
   沿途沒有設置補給站。請依照個人需求攜帶水或能量補給品。Bring your own water or energy if needed. There are no planned hydration stations.
5. ​No one gets left behind 我們堅守「不讓任何人脫隊」的配速
   我們會以穩定、不拋下任何人的速度前進，途中會定時停下來等候隊伍。請確保你能應付當日的路程。We run at a steady, no-drop pace, with regular stops to regroup. Please ensure you're comfortable with the distance before joining.
6. ​Keep the space safe 讓彼此感到舒適是基本原則
   我們不容忍任何形式的騷擾、歧視或不尊重行為。這是一個彼此照顧的安全空間，請以行動展現你的善意。Harassment, discrimination, or disrespect of any kind will not be tolerated. This is a space of care, and we act with intention.
7. ​Run with intention, leave no trace 有意識且不留下痕跡的參與
   垃圾請自行處理。共同使用的空間不是消耗品，請以共享為前提對待。Dispose of trash properly. Treat shared spaces as communal, not consumable.
8. ​Stay communicative 溝通為上策
   若你在途中需要退出，或有任何身體不適，請即時向配速員或身邊的跑者說。參與是雙向的互動。If you need to drop out mid-run or something feels off—tell a pacer, or a fellow runner. Presence goes both ways.
