If you register, show up. If something comes up, write us in advance.
2. This is a public and shared space
Be aware of others—pedestrians, cyclists, traffic. Yield when necessary. Respect the route, the city, and each other.
3. We operate on intention, not obligation
Participation is voluntary, but your presence shapes the whole. Act accordingly.
4. Hydration and fuel
Bring your own water or energy if needed. There are no planned hydration stations.
5. No one gets left behind
We run at a steady, no-drop pace, with regular stops to regroup. Please ensure you're comfortable with the distance before joining.
6. Keep the space safe
Harassment, discrimination, or disrespect of any kind will not be tolerated. This is a space of care, and we act with intention.
7. Run with intention, leave no trace
Dispose of trash properly. Treat shared spaces as communal, not consumable.
8. Stay communicative
If you need to drop out mid-run or something feels off—tell a pacer, or a fellow runner. Presence goes both ways.
